Amazon provided me a refund. If you are willing to risk ordering from a company who will not stand behind the very products they offer AND are willing to put up with their aforementioned customer service, then by all means - buy from them. Stopped after 3 years of continuous work my old chi. I loved using it and thought it was replaced by a CHI, but recommended a friend of mine had a FHI iron - stood up and said she has a great job to straighten your hair. I liked the way her hair was, and I liked the price of FHI, so I went and bought one, and even a small mistake, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Although my hair is not thicker or longerbut my old 1 "CHI ceramic irons have a great job straightening my hair. If I had only one criticism, it is possible that they do not have variable temperature control, sometimes I just wanted to" tweak "the hair and not really a very hot iron.
But after 3 years, only stopped warming the service. I needed a replacement, and fast. My friend, Stephanie, had just bought a new hair iron and I really liked how her hair was looking at the last time, soI gave him a call and asked what he was using. I had never used a FHI iron, is one, but I wanted to know more, so I called his house and iron proof.
I really liked. It was easier than my old CHI iron and was easier to use and has a great job straightening my hair. But I was still buying for other CHI, but then Stephanie told me how much they pay for their irons FHI, was a breakthe price of a CHI.
After check-in online and things, I decided to buy a sheet of FHI. However, I decided on a different model Stephanie - has the "1 ceramic model 205 RFI with no temperature control. I bought 1 "ceramic with variable control - Model 302 RVI. It costs $ 90 - $ 30 more than the 302 RVI - but I'm glad I paid the extra control variables. Indeed, the CHI model would have bought cost about $ 140 - for keepsa little.
I use it now for 6 months and depends on my hair perfectly every time. One thing that really impressed me is that it heats in just 10 seconds. My old man took over a minute, but I know that all new models seem to warm more quickly. It is also a very hot iron, the temperature of 140F - 450F (60C - 232C). I never use a maximum temperature - too hot for hair - the CHI iron has a maximum temperature of 356F.
AsI said I'm happy with it, but after a few months of use, the logo, caught in the hinge is, it never happened. It's a small point, but I hope that other bits are not available to start support. Anyway, my FHI iron works just great, I just hope that as my age.
