Cheap Paul Mitchell Protools Express Ionstyle 1.0 Professional styler, 1 Inch
I have the green and black Paul Mitchell flat iron which I bought from my hair salon about 3 years ago and it still works great. I wanted to buy a new flat iron just in case my old one breaks and I first bought an FHI limited edition. I returned it because it changed the texture of my hair in a very strange way regardless of which temperature setting I used and it took a long time to straighten my hair with it. I was very dissatisfied with it. So, I decided to buy another Paul Mitchell iron and I chose this one. This iron is just great. It straightens without damaging hair and I use it at the highest setting. It leaves your hair shiny and smooth. It takes me about ten minutes if I first wash my hair and lightly blow dry. In between washings,I use it to style my hair in just a couple of minutes. (I have shoulder length, medium thick, frizzy hair.) This is an excellent flat iron and I plan to stick with the Paul Mitchell stylers.

I’m a salon owner, and I use this flat iron - N. Freeman -
This really is the best flat iron I’ve ever used. It leaves your hair silky smooth, shiny and straight. I’ve used lots of different expensive flat irons, and this is the best value! I own a few salons, and this is the iron that I use!

Pretty Good - M. Cronin -
My sister has the other paul mitchel straightener and it’s amazing-so I tried this one. It works really well, but is a little less intense than the other paul mitchell. I like the size of this one too-great for curling on days I don’t feel like straightening. overall-happy with my purchase.

Does the job! - Skye - Albuquerque, NM
This straightener does straighten your hair nicely, but it does not add curl or waves very good. It definitely heats up fast which is indicated by a flashing red light. Initially, you should begin straightening your hair at the lowest setting. Depending on your hair type, you may not need to heat to 400 degrees (240-400 degrees). It does get very hot. It was a bit pricey though, but it works!
