I had an a chi iron previously that lasted nearly 4 years but finally did not work any more. I ordered the pink iron (for a great price!) and it came quickly and works great! I have extremely stubborn hair- not even chemical straightening worked at all- and this works very well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Adequate Flat Iron….but short lived - A. Curry - Bluegrass State
This was my 2nd CHI (first was black about 4 years ago). Well, they both came to the same end. The switch broke on both. There is no regulating heat on a CHI…one heat, since the switch is just on/off. If the switch breaks, it’s all over. So…after 2 years with my pink CHI, it met its end this morning.

I’ve decided to purchase a different brand this time as it’s hard to justify nearly 0 for a flat iron when there are many fine appliances with the same (and some more advanced) features as the CHI.

Granted - it did the job and it was worked hard - every single day and sometimes 2x a day.
